Men's Work Weekend

MWW-2013 accomplished three major projects in spite of the harsh weather as over a dozen volunteers arrived for the annual 3-day event. They scraped, repaired and painted the Pavillion, repaired the Women's Washroom floor in the Lodge, and gave the NBBC kitchen a new coat of paint!(Mac / iPad / iPhone users go to our Media page to view this show.)

Our Mission

NBBC's mission is to provide a free summer camp experience for children who are economically disadvantaged or have special needs from Churches, Sunday Schools, and Social Service Institutions, and to conduct Christian Church Services and Social Events for all campers and cottagers.

About NBBC

Norman B. Barr Camp was established as Olivet Camp in 1909 by Rev. Norman B. Barr of Chicago. The camp is located on the shores of Lake Geneva in southern Wisconsin between the towns of Fontana and Williams Bay.

Norman B. Barr Camp, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit organization that relies on donations and gifts from companies and individuals to support its mission of hosting scores of camper children each summer who have special needs or are economically disadvantaged. more
